Please watch our walk through and read our Brochure/Hand-out. We did and doing more than our commitments. Some of the examples are:-
We have not committed for elevating the entire layout of 130 Acres land. But we did it with Rs.4crores worth of gravel for 3'-6" from existing 60 ft South faced Government road level.
We have not committed for Solar fencing on compound wall, but we did it for entire 5.4 kms of compound wall.
We have committed for 3 lakh liters water storage tanks, where as we are providing (5+5) + (2+2) =14 lakh liters water storage tanks.
Even only one electrical transformer from domestic usage is enough for entire layout, whereas we have provided 5 Transformers and 57 Electrical Distribution Boxes (each DB for each Block). Also got the electrical power connection from Industrial Quota for more number of hours power supply without fluctuations.
Only 30,000 sq.ft Club House, with 3 Courts (Tennis, Basket Ball and Volley Ball) plus 76 car parking place we committed, whereas completed the construction of supporting Office Room, Steam Laundry Room, Kitchen plus Store Room, Vessels Cleaning Area and 8 Guest Rooms. And also for Events Management Team - we have completed Construction. In view of future expansion for Staff Quarters and Dormitory , foundation made for 3 floors.
Golf Course not committed, but we are providing 2 Hole Golf Course.
